What is nutritional therapy?

Who is it for?

Nutritional Therapy is a great fancy name for a really simple concept.  It boils down to this: what you eat, and how you eat it, can have a huge impact on you, your body, your mind, and how you what you do!

Let’s say, for example, that you want to start running.  You remember running when you were a kid, and it always set your asthma off.  Nowadays, you can run a bit, but as soon as you start to push yourself, you feel the wheeze. It’s not a massive problem, but wouldn’t it be great to really go for it?

Or, you really want to loose some weight. And you know that the best way to do it is to start walking.  But your knees and back just aren’t up for it, so where do you start?

Or even, every year, you head out to the mountains for some snow.  The first day rocks, but the second day isn’t quite so cool, because your leg muscles are killing, your bum hurts, and you are knackered after the first run.  How cool would it be to enjoy each and every day you are there?

Nutritional Therapy is what you need!  I take what you have and where you are now, and help you to get to the next level, whatever that next level is for you.  If the next level is a bike ride from John O’Groats to Lands End, we can do that.  If the next level is sorting out your energy levels so that you can dance with your kids in the kitchen without hurting yourself, we can do that too!
