My lovely ‘Food Diary Assessment’ is a great way of checking over the diet of anyone who is on a restricted or special diet (eg veggie, allergen-avoidance, pregnancy, low cholesterol etc) and helping ensure they get a good range of nutrients. Due to it being Allergy Week, I am offering this service for the rest of April for the massively sweet price of only £10.
