I work hard at being fit and improving my fitness – For me “Fit = Maximum fun out of life”
I have always thought of food as fuel.
My diet was balanced and supplemented with generally accepted energy foods but no matter how hard I worked I never achieved the fitness I thought I should have.
Until, that is, I worked with Claire
She showed me that the processed carbohydrate/high calorie/energy supplements were just wrong… yes wrong!
